Posters at ICAP 2002

Poster abstracts are now available online.

Please find your name or the title of your poster among the abstracts by a keyword search with your web-browser, and identify your abstract number. With your abstract number you can find the number of your poster board from this table. The abstract book will contain the posterboard number printed next to you abstract.

The available area for each poster is 4 ft times 4 ft (122 cm).  Push pins will be provided. Do not use staples.

Posters can be hung up during the morning coffe break, and must be removed on the evening of the same day that they are presented.

Post deadline abstracts are available here,
and will be presented in the Poster Session III on Thursday.

How to prepare an abstract

Simply download the templates and fill in the text. The templates provide the correct size for the abstract page (6 in x 9 in or 15 cm x 22.5 cm) with page margins of 0.75 in(left), 1.0 in (right), and 1.0 in (top and bottom). Each abstract is limited to ONE PAGE only. Authors are allowed to include figures and tables - the templates below include examples.

A - Download
        - - the generic LaTeX version of the abstract template (see also the pdf finished product). The font in the LaTeX template is Computer Modern Roman and the scale is \small.
        - - the Win32 Word template or the Mac Word template.

B- Convert to postscript or pdf file for uploading.  If you can generate pdf or PS output from the LaTeX or Word document, you're ready to upload to the submission site (see below).
