Third World Scientists:  the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics has given us a limited amount of support.  If you are interested in attending please write us a letter stating how much support you are requesting.  The letter should reference any recent AMO publications you have (co-)authored up to a limit of 3.  If  this is less than three, list the three most recent AMO publications of your mentor or current supervisor and ask him to write a short letter recommending you.  This should be sent prior to March 15, 2002 so that we may inform you before the April 1 early registration deadline.  Send to:
