
Experimental apparatus. This is another view of
the experiment. At the bottom center is a white blob with a darker circle
in the center of it. This is the window where the slowing laser beam enters
the experiment. The upper right hand corner of the picture shows the area
where all of our imaging optics sit. The white box which is halfway off
the right hand side of the picture is the CCD camera that we use to look
at the atoms.
