We will present a new experiment to measure CP violation beyond the Standard Model using ²²⁹ThF⁺ molecular ions. The ²²⁹Th nucleus has an enhanced sensitivity to fundamental symmetry violation due to its nuclear shape and can be efficiently produced using nuclear clock technologies. By employing advanced ion manipulation techniques, this approach aims to overcome the challenges associated with the limited availability of radioactive species.

We will also present ongoing work on entangling electrons in a Penning trap. Due to their light mass, the dipole moment of an electron is as large as 10,000 Debye, making electrons a new quantum science platform. We will discuss quantum-logic spectroscopy of the electron’s g-factor and its potential for precision tests of fundamental physics.
