Biography:
I am a 5th year graduate student working in the lab known as BEC1 with professor Martin Zwierlein. We are conducting experiments on ultracold, strongly interacting Fermi gases.
I got my undergraduate physics degree (Diplom) from the University of Hamburg in Germany with Physical Chemistry and Geophysics as minors. After short stints in industrial R&D and management consulting I joined the family on the second floor of building 26 at MIT.
Things I like to do: the splits, squat 400lbs, beat Martin in squash and tweak the MOT.
